Well Funded startup looking for a seasoned Business Head with experience in leading complete P&L, Business Development, Product Strategy, and Revenue Growth, with a flair for tech solutions/tech consulting.
What is the job like?
– Managing & taking complete ownership of Business Development, Product Strategy and Revenue Growth, P&L
– Work closely with the Leadership teams
– Deeply understand partner offerings, business models and local regulations
– Monitoring Business Development cycles diligently and own the entire journey of prospecting, pitching, solutioning, closing and piloting.
– Figure out the bottlenecks in existing operations and help grow at a faster pace by constantly suggesting improvements in processes and products.
– Coordinate with product and tech teams to maintain customer momentum and resolve blockers.
– Coordinate with the marketing team on the launch and growth-related aspects.
– Manage the post-sales relationship with customers to maximize value and uncover other strategic opportunities on revenue growth to build a sizable P&L.
